The paperwork was getting in the way.

Every new support worker meant forms to send, signatures to chase and training to track across emails and spreadsheets. Before an audit, we'd spend days gathering proof that people had been inducted and trained.

So we built our own system. New staff now complete everything on their phone, and the signed documents and training records are kept together under each person's name.

It worked well enough that we're opening it to other providers. We're adding features the same way, by building and using them in our own service first.
